Therapy is an investment into your care.

Therapy is a process that requires your investment in the form of time, money and energy. It is also a self-care practice that requires your commitment and dedication.

As a clinician I treat therapy as a highly individualized, tailored to you undertaking. It means I limit my caseload to ensure I have full capacity to attend to my clients while engaging in sustainable self-care of my own.

Because my caseload is limited, it allows me to engage in behind-the-scenes work of fine tuning your care: supervision and consultation, reading and research, gathering resources and attending to what arose during our session.

Fees

Consultation - 15-20 minutes - FREE

Individual therapy session - 50 minutes - $185

Group therapy session - 90 minutes - $90

Please note I do not currently have any sliding scale spots available.

Cancellation policy

Kin Therapy employs a reschedule-only policy for any appointment changes and cancellations, meaning clients are financially responsible for all their weekly appointment slot regardless of attendance.

Details of this policy will be communicated to potential clients during the consultation call. Existing clients have access to the policy details in their client portal.

Good faith estimate

As further outlined here, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” for my services, should we begin working together.

Please note my practice is private pay only.

I do not accept insurance or provide out of network billing services/superbills.

I believe the therapeutic process should be one that is dictated by you and your needs, rather than the unbending requirements of an insurance company. Due to restrictions placed on providers by insurance companies, my practice does not accept any insurance or provide out of network billing services.

Causes & Support

Support Ukraine

I donate 5% of my monthly income to help support the people of Ukraine during the times of a Russian invasion and gen*cide of Ukrainians.

To help support Ukraine, check out the Sunflower of Peace non-profit that provides life-saving medical and humanitarian aid to Ukrainians affected by the Russian military invasion.

I donate 5% of my monthly income to one out of the three charities listed below:

All of these charities focus on providing humanitarian aid to Palestinians during Iraeli gen*cide against Palestine, ranging from clean water and food parcels to medical aid and hygiene kits.

I encourage you to visit these charities and donate what you can to help millions of Palestinians in need.
