Taking the first step toward self-discovery is not easy, and many times it is pain that motivates us to search for answers.

You may be here because:

  • You find yourself often feeling overwhelmed, anxious and triggered and not knowing why.

  • You want to connect with others but have a hard time trusting that you will be seen.

  • You struggle to name your needs, afraid of their impact on others or that those needs will not be well met.

  • You don’t feel good enough or worthy; or like you are too much and a burden on others.

  • Despite things going well for you externally, you feel something is missing on the inside.

Therapy can help.

Together we can work toward relational healing and allowing yourself to be seen. We can begin regulating your nervous system and establishing body trust, creating safe spaces for your stories to be told and for you to explore the whys and the hows. We can identify patterns you may be living and re-living, and begin to direct them towards a life that you want to cultivate.
